Light in the frame,
logic in the stack.

I am Amar Kharvi. One side of me shoots and cuts for YouTube and Instagram. The other builds full-stack products. Pick a side, or take both.

SKIP THE SORT

A list that filters and sorts can ride one index. The sort step leaves the plan.

CREATE INDEX CONCURRENTLY projects_feed_idx
	ON portfolio.projects (persona, shipped_at DESC);

EXPLAIN (ANALYZE, BUFFERS) …

→ Index Scan using projects_feed_idx

Execution time: 0.21 ms · no Sort node

First column matches the WHERE, second matches the ORDER BY already descending. Confirm with EXPLAIN (ANALYZE, BUFFERS) — if the plan still says Sort, the index doesn't match the query.

Both sides

Where the frame meets the stack

A product needs a picture and a page. One person shoots it, cuts it, and ships it.

  1. 01

    Shoot

Product, portrait, or reel, lit on location.

  2. 02

    Cut

Lightroom for stills. Resolve or Premiere for motion.

  3. 03

    Ship

A Next.js page on PostgreSQL that puts the picture to work.
